Thank you for visiting my website! I grew up in Abilene TX, and even though I call it home, there is no other place like the hill country. This place has given me more than I could have ever contributed. I have invested many years now perfecting the trade/art of wild-game processing and take great joy in providing delicious meats for my customers. I wanted to reinvent the way the “deer processor” is perceived. In an industry that is not governed closely, there is no room for shortcuts. It is my firm belief that I will get back what I put in, and believe me, I have sacrificed much to become a wild game processor. Wouldn’t trade it for the world. My sons will grow up learning the trade and it makes my heart happy, because it is a very honest living. I would like to thank Brent Stephens with Stephens Wild Game Processing for believing in my idea to open a shop in the hill country. Without you, this journey would have been much different.
